  • Our soft play experiences are thoughtfully designed for little guests ages 1 to 4 years old, creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate space for toddlers to climb, explore, and play.

  • Our standard rental includes up to 4 hours of playtime, allowing plenty of time for little ones to enjoy the lounge during your celebration. Setup and breakdown are handled by our team before and after your event time — Additional event time is available at $50/hr.

  • Yes! We offer flexible payment options through services such as Klarna and Afterpay, allowing families to spread out payments over time. This option provides added flexibility and financial freedom, making it easier for every family to create a beautiful and memorable event for their little ones.

  • To secure your event date, a $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your rental, with the remaining balance due 3 days prior to the event. Because availability can fill quickly, we recommend booking as early as possible.

  • Absolutely. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event, ensuring a fresh and safe play environment for every family.

  • Yes! Our team provides full delivery within Brevard county, professional setup, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience from start to finish.

  • For outdoor events, safety and equipment care are our top priorities. In the event of rain or unsafe wind conditions, clients will have the option to relocate the setup indoors if adequate space is available, or reschedule for another date based on availability.

  • Yes. While our equipment is designed with safety in mind, adult supervision is required at all times while children are enjoying the lounge.

  • Yes, a liability waiver must be signed prior to the event to ensure the safety and protection of all guests.
